Narrative

What this role was actually about.

The freelance years were where I started building reusable application frameworks and hierarchical knowledge models. Config-driven applications, integration patterns, and structured knowledge centers that previewed the operating-model thinking that came later.

Initiatives & deliverables

What I built, shaped, designed, led, or translated.

Reusable TypeScript MVC Framework

Designed a reusable framework for building configurable applications using a structured MVC and object-oriented approach.

  • Built configurable TypeScript/Node.js applications and client websites, including single-product photography ecommerce sites using Stripe for payment processing.

Impact: Extends Blair's payment integration experience beyond early agency work into later independent full-stack engineering.

Hierarchical Knowledge Center & Integrations

Designed a unified knowledge and integration structure that connected strategy content, operational assets, and supporting systems.

  • Created a unified strategy, assets, and integration hub organized around a hierarchical knowledge model.

Impact: Improved information organization and created a clearer foundation for connected internal systems and reusable knowledge assets.
