Ran all advisory engagements for Nymbl's enterprise clients using structured playbooks. Advisory Services was the engagement layer. Technology Assessments, Product-Market Fit, and Analysis of Alternatives were the offerings I built and ran. The shared thread was reducing decision ambiguity for clients before any code was written.
