Oso Group is the productized form of the work I have been doing for the last decade. Architecture, workflow design, AI-enabled delivery, and operating-model thinking turned into a small set of advisory offerings with repeatable deliverables.

Enterprise Architecture Design Offering
Established a formal enterprise architecture advisory offering that helps organizations assess current-state operations, identify required capabilities, and define target-state solution architectures with standardized deliverables and implementation pathways.
Mapped the end-to-end process required to create enterprise architecture solution designs, spanning discovery, capability analysis, current-state assessment, target-state architecture, and delivery planning.
Impact: Created a repeatable advisory method that improves consistency, accelerates assessment output creation, and positions architecture work as a productized service.
Designed templated architecture deliverables used to standardize assessments, future-state designs, roadmap recommendations, and modernization planning outputs.
Impact: Reduced variability in architecture engagements and improved the ability to tailor outputs to different industries and client maturity levels.
GTM & Delivery Operating System
Designed the internal go-to-market and delivery operating system for Oso Group, connecting opportunity intake, solution design, proposal development, execution planning, and reusable system assets into a unified model.
Designed internal go-to-market and delivery processes that support consistent intake, scoping, architecture design, proposal generation, and execution workflows.
Impact: Created a scalable operating foundation for a services business built around structured architecture and implementation delivery.
Built a custom suite of applications connected through a centralized business object gateway to coordinate data, workflows, and process execution across the operating system.
Impact: Created the technical foundation for a modular internal operating system that can scale across multiple projects, offerings, and delivery workflows.
AI-Enhanced Delivery Workflows
Integrated AI-assisted reasoning, prompt frameworks, and structured output patterns into the internal operating system to accelerate architecture, requirements, and delivery artifact creation.
Implemented AI-enhanced workflows that fill process gaps across the delivery lifecycle and generate architecture artifacts, requirements structures, role-aligned outputs, and supporting documentation.
